Description
Our Web Maintenance service is tied to an hourly credit usable until depletion, without any time limit.
Why buy hours? I would prefer a fixed fee…
No worries, we can provide a quotation. However, a fixed fee is usually less attractive:
- An hourly credit allows you to tailor our operations to your needs.
- You benefit from an appealing hourly rate.
- We prioritize our web maintenance customers over fixed-fee customers.
- A fixed fee is not always doable, especially when we don’t know your website or the operation depends upon a third party (e.g. : API or external suppliers).
How does it work?
- You request an operation through email or a phone call.
- If the operation is fast (less than an hour), we process it right away.
- If the operation is complex, we provide you with an estimate of the number of hours to be used and ask you to confirm the operation.
- We perform the operation and record the time spent on our customer portal.
- You can check your progress on our customer portal.
What do the hours match?
Here are some examples of operations that we often do for our customers:
Warning: the hours below are given only as examples, they are not contractual. The real time spent on those tasks may vary slightly depending on your host, the technology used, whether your website is easy to access or not, etc. Any doubt? You can ask for an estimate before any operation.
