Precautionary maintenance
It involves two annual on-site visits to check the applications and if they are used well. An application uptake, during this operation, will consist of deleting the temporary and useless files (with the staff) cleaning the disks against virus (checking if the anti-virus is working) reorganizing and optimizing the system.
