E-mail Account

Description

IRCF can provide e-mail account hosting on our e-mail servers that we directly administer, in a data center located in France.

The e-mail inbox hosting includes:

• The creation and availability of an e-mail inbox;
• Documentation to set up your inbox in POP/IMAP (receiver) and SMTP (sender) on the main mail clients (Outlook, Thunderbird);
• Access to the Roundcube webmail (possibility to add a two-factor authentication);
• Access to the Horde webmail (possibility to synchronize and share your calendars, contacts, and tasks from your e-mail application);
• Administration of your e-mail account (change the password, set a vacation notice);
• Backing up your e-mails for 30 days;
• Sending up to 100 e-mails per hour;
• An e-mail report that can be sent every day/week or month (to your liking);
• Anti-spam, anti-virus and anti-malware installed on the inbox hosting server;
• Update to our facility;

The hosting of your e-mail inboxes does not include:

• Help with the configuration of your inboxes on your computer or on your phone;
• The transfer of your e-mails from your former inbox.

We can also provide features such as:

• Subscription to the mass mailing server;
• Hours of maintenance for the setup, configuration and transfer of your e-mail inboxes.
