IT infrastructure maintenance

The maintenance of IT infrastructure is an essential activity to guarantee the well being and the safety of the computer system in an enterprise. IRCF can provide a maintenance service for all the IT equipment of our customers, hardware or applications. Our team operates steadily to resolve any malfunction, do updates, do backups and secure the network.

We can provide maintenance contracts adapted to each customers special needs, for a precautionary and proactive management of their IT infrastructure. Precautionary maintenance

It involves two annual on-site visits to check the applications and if they are used well. An application uptake, during this operation, will consist of deleting the temporary and useless files (with the staff) cleaning the disks against virus (checking if the anti-virus is working) reorganizing and optimizing the system.

Corrective Maintenance

It will take place when the system encounters malfunctions or when the breakdown is due to the customer (power outage, inverter failure, operating error…) it contains:

• The helpline where the customer follows the directive provided over the phone.
• The on site operation for the diagnosis and repair of all hardware failures (spare parts not included).

Scalable maintenance

It includes:

• The upgrades linked to the evolution of the technical environment  or the normalization.
• The upload of new functions, applications updates, PC and system within the limit of the available hours.
